Salted Vanilla Caramels with Pecans

This is an absolute treat any time of day or night. Down right delicious and let us be honest, this will take care of any craving you may have. Chocolate, salty and even sweet cravings, you will have it all addressed in this wonderful treat.

I always make a few different kinds of Candy through the holidays but this one I make year round. Does not need to be holidays for this.

My favorite time for snacking or sharing then with family or friends is in the evening after a delicious BBQ, sitting on the deck with a glass of wine. YUMMY!!!! You are going to love this recipe as much as I did so have a look and get started on some of these today.

Salted Vanilla Caramels with Pecans

Orange Jell-O Pie

1 graham cracker crusts (8 inches)
1 pkg orange jell-o
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
1 can small mandarin oranges
1 carton (12oz.) whipped topping, thawed (this is about 2 cups)
 
In a medium bowl, dissolve the Orange Jell-O powder with 3/4 cup boiling water and adding 3/4 cup cold water. (pkg directions call for 1 cup, only use 3/4)
Place this bowl in the freezer for 45 minutes.
Remove the Jell-o from the freezer and fold in 1/2 carton of whipped topping and 3/4 can of Mandarin Oranges (just leaving enough for garnish on the top)
Place this orange mixture into the crust.
Top with remaining whipped topping and Mandarin Oranges.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
