Ham was always my youngest sons favorite meat for years. He did not know the name of it until he was about 4 years old, so the first time he really knew about it or remember it was when we went to a holiday dinner at my sister in laws. My youngest son absolute LOVED. He didn’t learn the name until a few days later and he asked me “Could we have Aunty Denise’s Belone for dinner tonight?” It took me a few minutes to figure out what the meant…..Ham!!!!
