Flaming Jack
Here is a fantastic and easy idea for your outdoors during Halloween. Take an empty paper towel or toilet paper rolls and cut the shape of eyes into the side. Place a glow stick inside the empty roll and set this in some bushes. The eyes will glow through the roll in the dark.
