Dark Chocolate Pistachio Slice & Bake Cookies

I made this for my family the other day and everyone loved it. Maybe too much however because there really wasn’t anything left for me to have a second cookie. That is what happens sometimes when my teenagers have friends over. The only thing that I would change about this recipe is for me not to make it with a houseful of teenagers. You must try this recipe as I am sure you and your family will love it.

I love having cookies in my house. I always have some fresh baked on hand. I try and stay away from store bought. Not only are they packed full of unhealthy things to keep their shelf life longer, they also can be very expensive. So it is home baked for me and my family.

Not only can you switch up your cookies but also you can make many different kinds of cookies with the same base of the cookie dough. For example, if you do a huge batch of Sugar Cookies you can slit that dough into smaller batch and add different things to each batch making completely different cookies. That is not something you can do with store bought.

Have look through this recipe, you are going to love it.
