Blueberry Cheesecake Danish

These Blueberry Cheesecake Danish are an “Oh My Goodness” kind of good. Absolutely delicious and yet quite easy to make. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or just a mid-day snack. Both you and your kids will love these and you won’t be sorry for making them.

This really is an amazing breakfast or treat. Packed full of flavor and the roll bun is so soft and moist. I made these a while back and love them. I will be making these again. Give this recipe a try as I am sure you will love them as much as I did.

Blueberry Cheesecake Danish

Peaches n Cream Rice Pudding


Peach sauce
2-3 peaches diced
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
 
In a pot over medium heat combine water and sugar.
Cook on medium until sugar is dissolved.
Lower heat to low, add peaches.
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes
 
Rice pudding
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 cups Milk
5 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Peaches (diced)
3 cups Rice (already cooked)
 
In a large heavy pot, add milk, cream, eggs and sugar. Mix well.
Simmer on medium and stir constantly
Mixture will start to thicken
Lower heat to Low
Add peach compote and fresh diced peach.
Combine really well.
Once fresh peaches have combined into custard well, add Rice.
Stir constantly over low heat.
When mixture is creamy and thick and starting to bubble remove it from heat.
Stir in vanilla
Cover and let stand 5 minut
