Orange Infused Sweet Ricotta Peach Cookies
I made this for my family the other day and everyone loved it. Maybe to much however because there really wasn’t anything left for me to have a second cookie. That is what happens sometimes when my teenagers have friends over. The only thing that I would change about this recipe is for me not to make it with a houseful of teenagers. You must try this recipe as I am sure you and your family will love it.
This really is a wonderful cookie. Not nearly as hard as I thought it would be but well worth it even if it was.

Nutella Cake Cookies
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup Nutella
3/4 cup Hazelnuts crushed (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350Mix together the white cake mix (no not follow package instructions), eggs, oil and Nutella.
- Fold in hazelnuts (If you can not find crushed hazelnuts then place whole nuts in a zip lock bag and lightly hit them with a hammer)
- Take by the teaspoon full and place on un-greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until you see golden along the outside of the bottom of the cookie.
- Let sit for 2 minutes then remove to a cooling rack
