TURTLE COOKIES

I love Turtle anything. It is one of my absolute favorites sweets of all time. I seen this recipe a while back and just had to give it a try. I mean really, Turtle cookies, of course I had to try it. Now let me tell you, they were delicious. Better then I expected.

Give this recipe a try yourself as I am sure you are going to love them as much as I did. This will soon become an all time family favorite snack.

There is just some times that you need it all for snacks. You are craving the sweets that only caramel will take care of and then of course there is the nut cravings, that you just must have a hand full of nuts. Now let us not forget about chocolate, oh my when that craving hits, I must have some or it just wont go away.

These cookie fill all those craving need, all at one time and all with one cookie. Let us be honest, you really don’t just have one cookie though….

TURTLE COOKIES

Another great cookie recipe for you to try.

Jell-O cookies
 
1 and 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cups softened butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
 1 egg white
½ tsp. vanilla
2 – ( 3 oz ) packages of Jell-O (you can double the recipe and have 4 packs of Jell-O)


  1. Beat the butter and sugar together. Add the egg white and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the flour and baking powder then combine with butter mixture.
  3. Divide the dough in half and knead one small box of Jell-O into each half.
  4. Shape into balls and flatten onto an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart with a spoon or fork.  
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a couple minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
